Information We Collect

Account and registration data: full name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), account preferences, notification settings, referral code used at registration, and email verification status.
Social media account data: username or handle, platform type, follower count, publicly available profile information, and access tokens necessary to operate the Service on your behalf.
Campaign and usage data: campaign configurations (target metrics, budget settings, scheduling), posts selected for campaigns, engagement analytics, credit balance, purchase and transaction history, and referral reward logs.
Payment information: transaction IDs, payment status, credit package purchased, and billing metadata provided by our payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.
Technical and log data: IP address, approximate geolocation, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, features used, timestamps, and error/performance logs.
Communications: records of transactional emails sent to you, such as account verification, password reset, and campaign or account status notifications.

Third-Party Service Providers

Email delivery: to send account-related transactional emails. This provider receives your email address solely for delivery purposes.
Workflow automation: certain internal operations (campaign order processing, analytics updates) are handled through automated workflows running on our own or self-hosted infrastructure. No personal data is shared externally through these processes beyond what is described in this policy.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Organizations and Multi-User Access
EngageGPT supports team-based organizations. If you are a member of an organization, the organization owner can view members' names and email addresses, and administrators may have access to campaign activity and credit balances within the organization. Credit transfers between users within an organization are logged. By joining an organization, you consent to this level of visibility for that organization's administrators.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
Account data: retained for the duration of your account and up to 90 days after deletion.
Transaction and credit logs: retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance purposes.
Campaign data: retained for 12 months after campaign completion, then anonymized or deleted.
Log and diagnostic data: retained for up to 90 days.
